Hiring

At Wiley Walsh, P.C., we are always looking for talented lawyers to join our Firm. If you are interested in joining our team of Austin employment lawyers, submit a cover letter and resume to Jeannie Buckingham, jeannie@wileywalsh.com. We will review your submission and potentially schedule a conversation about our Firm’s needs and your interest in joining us.

Being a successful lawyer at our Firm means you are passionate about representing workers in adversarial litigation. Both Texas and the Fifth Circuit are challenging legal environments for employee rights. You must be able to commit to always giving your best efforts in every case. A successful employment lawyer must have the professional skills to deal with top tier opposing counsel and highly educated state and federal judges. At the same time, an advocate must have the people skills to bond with clients who may have limited experience in legal or business affairs.

We primarily hire top school/top grades, however we are open to attorneys who have distinguished themselves through experience, accomplishments, or industry recognition.

Compensation begins at $100,000 annually plus bonuses. Board Certified and experienced attorneys should expect pay competitive with other employment litigation boutique firms. Our Firm provides outstanding benefits, like 100% employer paid Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, a tax-advantaged retirement plan, PTO, paid FMLA-style leave, and flexible work from home arrangements.
