Our Firm represents workers in legal disputes with their employers. We practice in state and federal court, as well as before various government agencies. Typical cases involve discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and unpaid wages.
The successful candidate should meet one or more of the following criteria: (1) top school/top grades, (2) trial experience, and (3) board certified in civil and/or employment law.
Compensation begins at 100K and is commensurate with experience. Robust benefits include 100% company paid healthcare, retirement, and paid maternity/paternity leave. Further compensation/benefits information available on request.
